The bed was comfortable enough and the overall interior of the room was okay. The breakfast was tasty with a good amount of varieties, and the hotel's location is good for business travelers wanting to be near the main city.

The hotel has seen better days and is clearly in desperate need of a renovation. The carpets in the corridors were dirty and stained.

Good home base for a vacation in Jakarta! A short walk to Mie Aceh Ayah, where you can have lunch. Even the Halim Perdanakusuma airport was not so far. I enjoyed the location

They break booking agreements, I booked for 8 days, but they just accepted my first day which I prepaid, then I must extend my stay. They forced me to prepay my stay, although my booking condition said: "No prepayment", they force you to cash-pay the breakfast, No way to put it on room-bill, I stayed in a 2 person Double-Bedroom, but I must fight for a 2nd set of Towels, the breakfast isn´t refilled anymore from 45 minutes before breakfast ends. Breakfast staff does not like to help, they simply turn around without any word and you have to wait long for, whatever you asked from them...No smile, No welcome, No Hello, No Good Bye from the staff anywhere in the Hotel. The counter staff made jokes in Indonesian Language about the Guests. Tapi aku bisa bahasa Indonesia dan saya mengerti juga.Toilet was not fixed to Ground, which lets the hotel room ugly smell after sewage. I could continue another 300 words...

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel located in the business area of Jakarta. The room was incredibly comfy and spacious, providing us with all the necessary amenities such as ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. The staff, especially Ms. Sisca, the front desk supervisor, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. When we experienced a leaking issue, she immediately took action and changed our room. Additionally, she arranged for airport transfer as a gesture of excellent service recovery.

We would highly recommend this hotel to our friends and family. The location, luxury, and quality services provided here make it the perfect choice for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

During Christmas, I enjoyed the festive decorations in the lobby and the Christmas, themed menu at the restaurant. the hotel's location close to popular shopping areas and convenient transportation options was also a plus. the staff was friendly and willing to help with any questions or concerns.

A very clean and modern hotel in the business district. All sights were about 30 minutes away. After a long flight from Europe this was the perfect first stop in Indonesia to recover from the trip. Very attentive and nice staff.

The hotel could be improved by providing a few more amenities in the room, such as cotton buds or a comb, but overall it is a great choice for a comfortable and convenient stay.
